Customer Relationship Management:

Requirements:
Total Experience: 15 years in business and technology roles.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree Accounting- M.Com\B.Com\BBA\BA CS.
Financial Accounting Domain:
Mandatory experience in financial accounting domain and related products.
Preferably, experience in property management and real estate accounting.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Conflict Management:
Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a collaborative work environment.
Technology Collaboration:
Previous work experience with technology teams.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Understand client needs and deliver solutions that enhance their experience.
