Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
Define and execute the company’s technology vision, aligning it with business goals.
Develop and implement technology roadmaps to drive product development.
Product Development Oversight:
Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and launching innovative products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure successful delivery.
Technical Architecture and Scalability:
Design robust and scalable technical solutions that meet current and future needs.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Business Transformation Projects:
Leverage your experience in managing business transformation projects.
Drive technology initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Architectural and Design Development:
Provide technical leadership in designing robust and scalable solutions.
Ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards.
AI and ML Exposure:
Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies.
Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML into our product offerings.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
Manage technology budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Allocate resources effectively to achieve project milestones.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and inspire technology teams, fostering a culture of Transformation, innovation and excellence.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on technology initiatives.
Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively.
Requirements:
Total Experience: 20 – 25 years- with 10-12 years in technology leadership roles.
Product Development Experience:
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO) are advantageous.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and architecture.
Leadership Skills:
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Business Acumen:
Understand business needs and align technology strategies accordingly.
